Advisory
Clear thinking before the tooling.
Most AI decisions fail at the strategy layer, not the technology layer. I work with founders and leadership teams to decide what's worth doing, what to ignore, and what to build — in that order.
What a mandate looks like
Strategy sprint
A focused two weeks to map where AI earns its place across your product and operations — and where it's a distraction. You leave with a ranked plan, not a slide deck.
Embedded advisor
A recurring seat at the table for the decisions that matter. In the room for the hard calls, out of the way for everything else.
Second opinion
One conversation to pressure-test a decision you're about to make. Direct, and often the cheapest hour you'll spend this quarter.
How I think about it
The interesting question is rarely can we. It's whether the result changes a decision, moves a number, or frees real time. If it doesn't, the smartest AI project is the one you don't run.
I've spent twenty-five years shipping products and design work. That's the lens: judgment about what's worth building, not enthusiasm for the newest model.
